Rua asfaltada.
Localização em relação so centro peca, mas próximo ao shopping.
 Nice condo with pool, sports court, party room, parking 24hrs concierge and with monitoring and electric fence for more security.
Public transportation passes the door.
Asphalted street.
Location relative to centro centro, but close to mall.

I just didn't like the road that gives access to the condominium on many empty lots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Digamos que não é um condomínio de luxo,mais é bom para morar,tem área de lazer,tem coisas boas no local,deixa a desejar em algumas coisas, mais nada de anormal,tudo dentro do padrão, a localização é média, não é bem acessível nem difícil, mais no final vale a pena morar.
Let's say it is not a luxury condominium, but it is good to live in, it has a recreation area, it has good things in place, it leaves something to be desired, but nothing unusual, all of the standard, location is average, not well accessible nor difficult, but in the end it is worth living.
