★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei decepcionada, um amigo do meu esposo indicou o Condomínio New Ville e pesquisando na internet achei algumas para locação ( uma vez que moro em SP e quero ver se acostumo em outro lugar, mas minha intensão é de compra caso acostume ) achei alguma se opções nesta imobiliária e quando mandei mensagem me interessando por algumas casas, me informaram que não tinha nenhuma para alugar que todas estavam alugadas. Então para que deixam o anúncio ativo se não tem??? Isso no meu ver é propaganda enganosa, uma vez que se trata de um bem de consumo.
I was disappointed, a friend of my husband indicated the Condomínio New Ville and searching the internet I found some for rent (since I live in SP and I want to see if I get used elsewhere, but my intention is to buy if I get used) I found some if options in this real estate and when I sent a message interested in some houses, they informed me that I didn't have any to rent, that they were all rented. So why leave the ad active if you don't have it ??? This, in my view, is misleading advertising, since it is a consumer good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loquei meu apartamento com eles por precisão, porém a uma extrema falta de profissionalismo e ética, de todas as imobiliárias que eu conheço está é a primeira que entrega o imóvel para o inquilino completamente sujo. Lamentável
Espero que melhorem, por momento não os recomendo.
