Houve muito festejos com a presença ilustre do então arcebispo de Belém Dom Alberto Taveira, inclusive. Hoje nossa paróquia, infelizmente, está com sua estrutura inacabada, porém não perde o encanto e a beleza. Mas há projetos pra finalizar as obras. A paróquia conta com vários projetos comunitários que são essenciais pro equilíbrio da situação em que vivemos aos arredores. É uma das principais referências da comunidade.
Well, first of all, you need to know that the parish was a chapel in the not too distant past. There were many celebrations with the illustrious presence of the then Archbishop of Belém, Dom Alberto Taveira, even. Today our parish, unfortunately, has an unfinished structure, but it does not lose its charm and beauty. But there are projects to finish the works. The parish has several community projects that are essential to balance the situation in which we live in the surroundings. It is one of the main references of the community.
