★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prédio está em ruínas. E um prédio histórico que faz parte do acervo do Rio de Janeiro, e ninguém se interessa por restaurar, se fosse na zona sul teria até briga para restauração. Socorro alguém ajude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arquitetura muito linda. Pena que demoraram muito para iniciar a reforma e algumas paredes tombaram devido à falta de manutenção. Torço para que a estrutura seja preservada.
