★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located nearby the beach. It’s a great location closed to shopping. The hotel rooms were very clean and well disinfected due to the pandemic. The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant offers a lot of cold and warm dichtes/options for breakfast. The leisure area with pool and gym is on the roof top. From there you have a wonderful view. Everything was really pleasant. I only suggest a modernization. Valet parking is available, charged separately. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Hotel. Kids area was fun all weekend (my 5 year-old daughter can tell you), breakfast was great and had a nice view to the sea. The service was also very good, and there were so many courtesy things for the guests due to the pandemia that if we had decided, however we didn't, we could have had all the meals at the hotel. The bedroom was roomy and quiet, and the bed very comfortable. I really recommend it for couples and also couples with younger children.

Due to the pandemic situation, the room is not cleaned every day. We had to ask to change the towels the day after. However, as a whole, everything was clean and tidy. It's worth every penny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was really good. Clean and organized. Restaurant service was excellent as well. Shout out to my friend Marcio for being a good serviceman. Not usually this close to a guy in restaurants he did such a good job we've become pretty close everytime I'm in the restaurant. Such a hospitable person. I've stayed in the hotel for a good 17 days BTW.. See you soon when I come back in Santos
