★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comércio no entorno e os moradores, nota 10. Agora o bar de nome Deck pelo amor de Deus. A música é super alta, um completo desrespeito aos moradores próximos. Em pleno domingo a música rolar até às 4h é um absurdo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local tranquilo,as vezes o vizinho começa a brigar e fica gritando feito louca com o marido mas faz parte. fins de semana você escuta a musica gospel,o sertanejo,o brega e a sofrência do vizinho. costumam pular no andar de cima umas crianças.bom é um lugar tranquilo e com boas opções de transporte. figurantes que vem para o rj . este Condomínio é de fácil acesso ao Projac q fica logo ali do lado. inclusive moram muitos figurantes no parque.
Quiet place, sometimes the neighbor starts to fight and is screaming like crazy with her husband but it is part of it. on weekends you listen to gospel music, sertanejo, brega and the neighbor's suffering. children usually jump upstairs. good is a quiet place with good transportation options. extras that come to rj. this condo is easily accessible from Projac q is right next door. many extras live in the park.
