★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice office space. Telecom services are terrible there. Traffic around the building is horrible. There are many dining and lunch options nearby. Valet prices aren’t expensive (from 10 to 30 reais)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best staff and the location make this shopping mall a good option in the south side of Sao Paulo. The theater there is just amazing. The restaurants are a bit expensive but nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good new shopping mall. But there is still a lot to improve on this new mall. No libraries, no Media/CD/DVD/Vynil/Blu-ray stores, no toy store, no consumer/electronic stores. Also it should improve car access to it and the security around the area. Also it seems that there is no access to wheelchair in the front entrance.
Update:
Every day the security of this mall is becoming more precarious. Today 2/2/2020 three minor offenders were harassing, cursing and threatening consumers in the food court and at the Kinoplex cinema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's got a modern design and it's quite uncrowded, but that's because there isn't much diversity in stores and attractions (to mention some). It's expensive and seems to be focused mostly on guests of the Four Seasons hotel with mostly designer clothing and such.
The food court is nice and spacious. It's a good spot for lunch and a stroll in my opinion.
