★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio novo, ainda se estruturando. Possui alguns problemas comuns a qualquer convivência em comunidade mas tem bons apartamento, a estrutura ainda é bem cuidada e com o tempo pode melhorar demais, só depende das pessoas.
New condominium, still being structured. It has some problems common to any community living, but it has good apartments, the structure is still well maintained and with time it can improve a lot, it just depends on the people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um bom condomínio mas acho que devian ter plantado árvores no lugar de tantas palmeiras pois o local até pela claridade tornasse extremamente quente e os apartamentos foram construção em um ângulo o qual nenhum horário do dia haja sombra! Os veículos passam o dia sobe o sol escaldante.
A good condominium but I think I should have planted trees in place of so many palm trees because the place, due to the light, made it extremely hot and the apartments were built at an angle where no time of day there is shade! Vehicles spend the day soaring in the blazing sun.
