Land with catchment pond and prostitution point would be the description. The space is good but unfortunately there is a lack of investment from the city to actually build a park. It would greatly benefit the population!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro próximo ao parque e o projeto tem tudo para ficar muito bom. Árvores frutíferas, boa sombra, e atualmente sendo limpo todos os dias. Ótimo para passear com os animais domésticos.
I live near the park and the project has everything to be very good. Fruit trees, good shade, and currently being cleaned every day. Great for walking with pets.
