★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local muito agradável, com muita vegetação e trilhas bem sinalizadas!!! Ideal para caminhar e respirar ar puro, além de ver alguns animais (macaquinhos e bicho preguiça). Só falta bancos e mesas para se sentar com amigos e familiares para fazer um piquenique.
Very nice place, with lots of vegetation and well-marked trails !!! Ideal for walking and breathing fresh air, in addition to seeing some animals (little monkeys and sloth). All you need is benches and tables to sit with friends and family for a picnic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parceria da prefeitura junto ao governo federal (Ibama) surgiu o parque do horto. Funciona aos sábados e domingos. Excelente passeio em área verde preservada, em zona urbana.
A partnership between the city hall and the federal government (Ibama) created the garden park. It works on Saturdays and Sundays. Excellent walk in preserved green area, in urban area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom pra levar toda família. Entrada gratuita. Local pra levar comida sentar e lanchar. Pessoal que cuida do local muito atencioso e prestativo. Aberto aos finais de semana. Trilhas interessantes com vários insetos e plantas pelo caminho. Tem uma nascente que já foi usada para abastecer a cidade de Maceió.
Very good to take the whole family. Free entrance. Place to take food sit and have a snack. Staff who take care of the place very attentive and helpful. Open on weekends. Interesting trails with various insects and plants along the way. It has a spring that was once used to supply the city of Maceió.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an amazing place to see the nature. It opens on Saturday and Sunday between 8am till 5pm. There's bathroom but there isn't a restaurant or any place vending food, so it's recommended you to bring your own. It's amazing to have a picnic under the trees. There is trails going around the parque and with different difficult levels. Bring a lot of water, put on your sunblock, your sneakers and repellent to make it more comfortable. It's hard to get lost, as long as you keep on trails. You might see sloths, marmosets, iguana, a huge variety of birds and plants
