★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo condomínio, existe um defcit altíssimo de taxa de condomínio apenas 1 bloco deve mais de 28mil reais quase ninguém paga taxa de condomínio, sem contar que a estrutura está danificada com afundamento do solo, em alguns pontos existem grandes rachaduras nos blocos
