Resumindo. Do atendimento on-line ao presencial, horrível. Pena que não tem 0 estrelas.

O grande problema é pagar em Pix l, que você tem que ser humilhado, esperar boa vontade de gerente olhar se caiu na conta, depois ir para o primeiro andar pra outra confirmação, em seguida descer para térreo e esperar apenas uma pessoa para emitir a nota fiscal. E mais um pouco de espera pra você receber seu material. Século 19 ainda?

Precisei comprar uma torneira e infelizmente não deu certo. Voltei lá no mesmo dia e conseguiram estornar minha compra, então fica essa dica, caso não funcione ou tenha algum problema, eles estornam no mesmo dia. Pelo que entendi, se for trocar ou devolver no outro dia, fica um crédito.
Ah, e outra grande qualidade para mim, é que eles tem estacionamento incluso para clientes

I had to buy a faucet and unfortunately it didn't work. I went back there the same day and they managed to reverse my purchase, so here's this tip, if it doesn't work or have any problems, they will reverse the same day. As I understand it, if you exchange or return it the next day, it's a credit.
Oh, and another great quality for me, is that they have included parking for customers.
