Quiet neighborhood and great to live in. Still must have lots or houses for sale. Higher places look pretty in the view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O parque é bem grande com um lago enorme, onde se dá para fazer caminhada , tem algumas fontes de águas. É bem cuidado , tem uma Área com piscinas com tobogãs que está fechado. Entrada a pé é gratuita já se for entrar com carro custa R$ 7.00 e de moto R$ 5.00
The park is quite big with a huge lake, where you can go for a walk, it has some water fountains. It is well maintained, has an area with pools with slides that is closed. Entrance on foot is free, if you enter by car it costs R$ 7.00 and R$ 5.00 by motorbike
