Após muita insistência, consegui contato através de outros meios, e ainda assim não deram retorno as minhas solicitações. Deveriam ter mais respeito, voces lidam com momento de dor dos seus usuários, fico imaginando o transtorno em uma emergência.
Terrible telephone service, telephone available on the website for 24-hour service (93802-6000), no one answers! After a lot of insistence, I managed to get in touch through other means, and they still didn't give back to my requests. You should have more respect, you deal with your users' moment of pain, I imagine the inconvenience in an emergency.
