★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já morei no local, não gosto de falar mal de onde já morei. Embora o condominio tenha várias críticas de pessoas que nem sequer moram lá e adoram "meter o pau e defamar o condominio" eu posso dizer que melhorou muito a segurança e acesso, mas o povo ainda adora reclamar. Alguns pontos negativos são os elevadores barulhentos e que vivem quebrados na torre A1, deveriam ser trocados, pois vivem quebrados , morei no 11ºandar (considerando o térreo é o 12º) e já subi várias vezes pela escada porque os elevadores estavam parados. As 05 da manhã já começam o pessoal descer pra trabalhar e o barulho de sobe e desce é bem desconfortável aos ouvidos , elevadores parecem uma carroça. O povo lá é metido, acham que moram na Fiuza e nem cumprimentam, mas isso é um ponto negativo das pessoas mal educadas mesmo - claro que nem todas). Outra coisa que tem que melhorar é o acesso de crianças no interior do prédio tem dias que a barulheira vai até as 22:00 horas, deveria ser proibido crianças brincando fora da area de lazer, muitas sem uma pessoa adulta pra acompanhar. Também jovens usando entorpecentes as vezes nos bancos, mesmo com guardas alguns não respeitam. Quanto a pintura das torres sei que precisam mesmo, talvez valorizava o valor dos aptos mudado a fachada das torres como fizeram no condominio vizinho(Residencial Jardim Paulista) ficou com cara de prédios novos, sei que vai muito dinheiro mas nao custa trabalhar nesta questão ).Outro ponto negativo é acesso a motoqueiros de entregas mal educados que andam há mais de 20 kilometros por hora dentro das ruas internas desrespeitando a sinalização e quase atropelando quem andam com pet no meu caso e pessoas idosas, deveria ter maior fiscalização e multar quem acha que é pista de corrida lá dentro. Alguns moradores tambem so faltam passar por cima das pessoas porque andam em alta velocidade mesmo com lombadas salientes e eletronicas. O condominio é bom e bem localizado, mas precisa sim de mudar muitas coisas pra valorizar os aptos.

As for the painting of the towers I know they really need, maybe I valued the value of the apts, changed the facade of the towers as they did in the neighboring condominium (Residencial Jardim Paulista) it looked like new buildings, I know it's a lot of money but it doesn't cost to work on this issue ) .Another negative point is access to rude delivery bikers who walk for more than 20 kilometers per hour inside the internal streets, disrespecting the signs and almost running over those who walk with pets in my case and elderly people, should have greater supervision and fine those who think which is the race track inside. Some residents also only need to go over people because they walk at high speed even with protruding and electronic spines. The condominium is good and well located, but it needs to change many things to enhance the fit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem organização...os adolescentes fazem muito barulho atrapalhado o descanso dos moradores...qdo vamos morar ne um ap ...procuramos sossego...mais infelizmente no jardim das pedras...não temos ...e pagamos um condomínio caro...já reclamei e ninguém faz nada...o jeito é mudar...pq quem manda são os adolescentes.
There's no organization...the teenagers make a lot of noise, disturbing the rest of the residents...when we're going to live in an apartment...we look for peace...but unfortunately in the rock garden...we don't have...and we pay one expensive condominium...I've already complained and nobody does anything...the way is to change...because the teenagers are in charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lugar bom de morar, tranquilo e seguro. O problema é que tem muito morador estressado e perturbados que nem se quer consegue respeitar os trabalhadores que são os porteiros e seguranças.
