★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa melhorar muito em vários aspectos, no momento atual o Parque encontra-se completamente abandonado, por mais que agentes de limpeza cumpram o seu serviço, apenas a limpeza no local não é o suficiente, falta manutenção no chão do parque, pois não é raro encontrar buracos pelo chão, pondo assim em risco quem passa pelo local, pincipalmente idosos e crianças. Outra parte que precisa de manutenção é o lago, onde antigamente era bonito com vários patos e etc. Hoje o lago se encontra totalmente imundo e sem vida, com as grades que o cercavam completamente danificadas. O por último é a questão da segurança no local, é muito fácil encontrar usuários de drogas no parque a qualquer hora do dia, eles ficam principalmente em "abrigos" do parque que outrora serviam de espaço de lazer e hoje estão abandonados. Enfim precisa melhorar muito, ainda mais sendo o local onde está cravada a Catedral Metropolitana de Aracaju, principal templo religioso do Estado. Mas apesar dos pesares todos esses problemas não tiram a beleza do Parque.
It needs to improve a lot in many ways, at the moment the park is completely abandoned, however cleaning agents do their job, just the cleaning on site is not enough, maintenance is lacking in the park floor, as it is not rare find holes in the ground, thus endangering those who pass through the site, especially the elderly and children. Another part that needs maintenance is the lake, where it was once beautiful with several ducks and so on. Today the lake is totally filthy and lifeless, with the bars surrounding it completely damaged. The last is the issue of on-site safety, it is very easy to find drug users in the park at any time of the day, they are mostly in park "shelters" that once served as leisure space and are now abandoned. Finally it needs to improve a lot, even more so being the place where the Metropolitan Cathedral of Aracaju is nailed, the main religious temple of the state. But despite the regrets all these problems do not detract from the beauty of the park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar Histórico, sendo um parque aberto. Aonde está localizado a Catedral Metropolitana é vários monumentos que fazem parte da cultura sergipana. Existe vários restaurantes em toda a sua extensão é artesanatos de várias partes do estado, é possível também encontrar artistas plásticos. Belo lugar para ir ao dia por sua gente é suas artes. Infelizmente a localidade está precisando de uma restruturação urgente, reforma de vários imóveis, uma melhora na limpeza da lagoa é principalmente, aumento na segurança a noite. As autoridades poderiam investir mais na região o que melhoraria a imagem do local.
