★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui assistente de engenharia da obra e posso afirmar que foi tudo construído com muito amor e em questões técnicas esta tudo impecável hidráulica e acabamentos em materiais dos mais novos e que nao atacam a natureza como é o skim coat.
I was engineering assistant of the work and I can say that everything was built with a lot of love and in technical matters everything is impeccable hydraulics and finishes in the newest materials and that do not attack nature as is the skim coat.

É uma ótima opção para quem busca casas de condomínio com boa localização! O Pet Zoo fica literalmente atrás do Parque Vivere, além do fácil acesso à ônibus, mercado, farmácias, etc.
Very beautiful condo. Clean streets, underground wiring, excellent structure. The houses are super small but very cozy. Those who visit are delighted! It is a great option for those looking for condominium houses with good location! Pet Zoo is literally behind Vivere Park, as well as easy access to the bus, market, pharmacies, etc.
