★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu reservei a data do aniversário de 1 ano da minha filha e falei que pagaria quando recebesse após o dia 15 (receberia até o final do mês), e assim que fui fazer o pagamento após 15 dias dessa data, faltando apenas 2 semanas para a data da festa da minha filha, me disseram que não tinham mais esse dia disponível. Nem sequer me avisaram que teria outra pessoa interessada na mesma data, para eu tentar providenciar o dinheiro de forma mais rápida, já que eu havia feito previamente a reserva desse dia. Estou chocada com tanta falta de respeito e responsabilidade! Agora não tenho Buffet para a festinha da minha filha! Não recomendo essa empresa pois não é confiável!
I booked my daughter's 1st birthday and said I would pay when I received after the 15th (until the end of the month), and so I made the payment after 15 days from that date, with only 2 weeks left. date of my daughter's party, I was told they no longer had this day available. They didn't even warn me that someone else would be interested on the same date so I could try to arrange the money faster, since I had previously booked that day. I am shocked by such a lack of respect and responsibility! Now I don't have a buffet for my daughter's party! I do not recommend this company because it is not reliable!
