Deixou de atender distância de 2 km alegando poucos motoboys, sendo que era rua que já fazia e faz entrega em casas de poder aquisitivo maior e não é zona de risco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não dou menos estrelas pq o mínimo é 1, mas a minha experiência foi tão péssima que poderia ser negativado, atendimento pra se dizer no mínimo PÉSSIMO, entregaram o sabor errado culparam o iFood, o iFood culpou o restaurante e eu fiquei como? Jamais vi uma empresa deixar um cliente frustrado, foi a primeira vez que fiz pedido e será a última.
RESPOSTA: Eu entendi, o que eu não entendo é a falta de respeito para com o cliente, se houve o pedido de um sabor específico o cliente DEVE por direito receber o seu item CORRETAMENTE.

ANSWER: I understand, what I don't understand is the lack of respect for the customer, if a specific flavor was ordered the customer MUST rightfully receive their item CORRECTLY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha Pizza veio crua, pedi 1 pizza de calabresa e cheddar e metade 4 queijos e vieram 2 só de calabresa com cheddar (foi sim descontado as 2 do cartão), segundo eles o erro foi do ifood, porém as pizzas vieram cruas, o cheddar estava com consistência de pasta americana. Entrei em contato com eles e os mesmo disseram que no próximo pedido enviariam um refri grátis. Olha a diferença de 70 reais e um refri... Absurdo, acabar que não deu em nada, pois nunca mais comprarei de novo.
