★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a maior parte das coisas que fiz lá ficaram horríveis, além da grosseria no atendimento e falta de informação, pedi para trocar o farol baixo e fizeram um cambalaxo, colocando uma lampada de led mais fraca que a lanterna do celular, não dá nem para perceber a luz. Era para trocar o sensor de marcador de combustível, e nem está marcando nada, ao voltar eles alegam somente garantia de três meses. Fizeram remendos no parachoque, e não trocaram a mangueira de combustível. Faltou honestidade e transparência com o cliente isso faz o comercio perder venda!!

It was to change the fuel gauge sensor, and it is not even marking anything, when they return they claim only a three-month warranty. They made patches on the bumper, and didn't change the fuel hose. Lacked honesty and transparency with the customer, this makes the trade lose sales !!

Atendimento horrível com chacotas com cliente e forçando preços abusivos. Não recomendo de forma alguma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tudo q eu fiz lá deu errado , o alarme e sensor de ré q paguei bem caro pra instalar , parou de funcionar 5 meses depois e eles não se responsabilizaram pois alegaram que a garantia é de apenas 3 meses , tenho outro carro q fiz em outro autopeças há 5 anos atrás com a garantia de 1 ano e até hj funciona, após explicar e reclamar, o próprio rapaz q atende no balcão do Deninho falou q esses aparelhos que eles vendem não duram nada.
Tive que pagar 270 reais em um outro sensor de ré com nova instalação lá no Fábio super som e ele me deu 1 ano de garantia, o alarme eu não fiz pq as vezes ele ainda funciona!
A trava de volante q comprei, na 4 vez q usei travou a chave e a fechadura saiu junto !
Também fiz o serviço pra trocar o kit de embreagem, no dia seguinte eu vi q o velocímetro n tava funcionando , quando liguei lá, já me falaram no telefone que não tinha nada a ver com o serviço , mas eu falei q tinha sim, pois o sensor do velocímetro fica na parte do câmbio. Sendo assim, retornei, ligaram o velocímetro porém, depois percebi q o termômetro do motor ficou desregulado (ponteiro caído). Por conta disso, terei novamente procurar alguém q resolva o problema. Situações como essas, tornam-se desgastantes, pois é mto chato voltar no Deninho pra pedir solução e não resolverem!

I had to pay 270 reais on another reverse sensor with a new installation there on Fábio super sound and he gave me a 1 year warranty, the alarm I didn't do because sometimes it still works!
The steering wheel lock I bought, the 4th time I used it locked the key and the lock came out!
I also did the service to change the clutch kit, the next day I saw that the speedometer wasn’t working, when I called there, they already told me on the phone that it had nothing to do with the service, but I said I did, because the The speedometer sensor is located in the gearbox part. So, I returned, they turned on the speedometer, but then I realized that the engine's thermometer was unregulated (pointer dropped). Because of that, I will again have to look for someone who solves the problem. Situations like these become exhausting, as it is very annoying to go back to Deninho to ask for a solution and not solve it!
