Creio que quem vende deveria se responsabilizar, e depois resolver com seus fornecedores.
 Unfortunately I bought a defective part (brake pads) and I was not refunded, as they claimed a manufacturing defect.
I believe that those who sell should take responsibility, and then resolve with their suppliers.
