★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Razoável... muitos pontos positivos e muitos outros negativos. Possitivo claro está na variedade e quantidade de produtos.Mas no mais é uma loja com uma boa infraestrutura. Acredito que pelo o nome, e não precisar se consolidar no mercado peca um pouco no atendimento, e como ao meu ver isso é um ponto fundamental não adiantar ter um "sistema moderno" de senha ou uma infraestrutura boa se o "para casa" básico não se faz... no mais voltaria a fazer compras, pela a qualidade dos produtos, apenas.
 OK... lots of good points and lots of bad things. The positive is of course the variety and quantity of products. But for the rest it is a store with a good infrastructure. I believe that by the name, and not needing to consolidate in the market, lacks a little in the service, and as I see it, it is a fundamental point not to have a "modern system" of passwords or a good infrastructure if the basic "home" you don't do it... I would go shopping again, just because of the quality of the products.

Ao chegar tem uma senhora que não informa nada e só manda pegar senha.
Aí vc vai para uma fila de cadeiras (tipo recepção de INSS) e fica ½ hora para ser atendido.
Ainda para o meu azar, caí num atendente em treinamento, que não sabia nada sobre os produtos que eu queria comprar, bem como nenhum outro tinha disponibilidade para auxiliá-lo.
Depois de longo período, me encaminhou para fazer cadastro.
Cheguei no cadastro, em frente ao guichê não tem ninguém, e o profissional que estava num posto mais distante, se se dignou a levantar para me atender, e aos berros fui-lhe os dados solicitados.
E depois de pago, me encaminharam para outro local para retirar a mercadoria, e aí vem o pior, para minha surpresa e espanto, tinham me vendido e eu paguei 6 unidades de um produto, mas só tinham 4 unidades no estoque para eu levar.
Depois de mais de 1 hora, entre inúmeras ligações internas, “descobriram” que já era sabido do “furo” de 2 unidades no estoque, mas que não tinham repassado à venda.
Finalmente só me restou retornar à loja para estorno.
Resumo: cheguei na loja às 11:45 e saí às 14:15.
NUNCA MAIS PISO LÁ!!!!
Bad experience the 1st time I went to this store in BH.
When you arrive there is a lady who doesn't say anything and just sends you to get the password.
Then you go to a row of chairs (type INSS reception) and wait ½ hour to be served.
Still to my misfortune, I fell into an attendant in training, who didn't know anything about the products I wanted to buy, as well as no one else was available to help him.
After a long period, he sent me to register.
I arrived at the register, in front of the window there is no one, and the professional who was in a more distant post, deigned to get up to attend to me, and screaming I went to him with the requested data.
And after I paid, they sent me to another place to pick up the goods, and here comes the worst, to my surprise and amazement, they had sold me and I paid for 6 units of a product, but they only had 4 units in stock for me to take.
After more than 1 hour, among numerous internal calls, they "discovered" that the "hole" of 2 units in the stock was already known, but that they had not passed on for sale.
Finally, all I had to do was return to the store for a refund.
Summary: I arrived at the store at 11:45 and left at 14:15.
NEVER TREAD THERE AGAIN!!!!
