★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra parcelada nesta empresa, a mercadoria foi entregue sem a nota fiscal. Fizemos contato com a mesma que ficou de enviar por email, juntamente com os boletos. Enviaram para o email errado. O vencimento da 1.ª parcela se deu no dia 30/12/15 e foi protestada no dia 05/01/16. Não tiveram a menor consideração, pois sou cliente desta empresa há menos 10 anos, e levaram a protesto. A desculpa da funcionária responsável foi que o final de ano foi muito corrido e que eles estavam voltando de recesso. Realmente o mercado está favorável a este tipo de postura, existem várias empresas prosperando neste momento da economia.

I made a purchase in installments in this company, the goods were delivered without the invoice. We made contact with the same that was sent by email, along with the slips. Sent to the wrong email. The first installment matured on 12/30/15 and was protested on 5/1/16. They had no consideration, as I have been a client of this company for at least 10 years, and led to protest. The excuse of the employee in charge was that the end of the year was very busy and that they were coming back from recess. Indeed the market is in favor of this kind of stance, there are several companies thriving at this time of the economy.
