★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a mais de um mês tentando contato com alguém responsável da loja e até agora não conseguir, sempre que ligo o responsável não se encontra. Acredito que vou ter q resolver meu problemas que tenho com a loja através de uma ação judicial.
I have been trying to contact someone in charge of the store for more than a month and until now I have not been able to, whenever I call the person in charge is not there. I believe that I will have to solve my problems with the store through a lawsuit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou definitivamente desapontada com essa loja. Estou tentando fazer um pagamento a dias e a loja não aceita outro tipo de pagamento a não ser pessoalmente. Isso é um absurdo.
Veja bem... Vou estar dando uma ideia para o gerente ou responsável da loja. Eu fiz uma compra e parcelei em 10x, exemplo de forma de pagamento:
1° Posso estar indo na loja e pagar a parcela pessoalmente, (é o que já esta disponível);
2° Posso pagar a parcela pessoalmente no cartão debito ou credito, (é o que não esta disponível);
3° Posso pagar a parcela fazendo transferência ou TED ou deposito, (é o que não esta disponível).
4° Extra, cliente pagando em dia ou antecipando parcelas merecia um desconto, por menor que seja, já da aquela fidelizada no cliente.
Primeira vez que isso ocorre comigo, tenho crediário em 3 lojas de Porto Nacional e elas tem alguma dessas opções de pagamento, onde eu amo comprar e pago tudo em dia.
Vamos evoluir né pessoal.
I am definitely disappointed with this store. I am trying to make a payment on days and the store does not accept any other payment except in person. This is absurd.
Look ... I will be giving an idea to the store manager or person in charge. I made a purchase and paid in 10x, example of payment method:
1 ° I can be going to the store and pay the installment in person, (that's what is already available);
2 ° I can pay the installment personally by debit or credit card, (this is not available);
3 ° I can pay the installment by making a transfer or TED or deposit, (it is what is not available).
4th Extra, customer paying on time or anticipating installments deserved a discount, however small, from the customer's loyalty.
First time this happens to me, I have credit cards in 3 stores in Porto Nacional and they have some of these payment options, where I love to buy and pay everything on time.
We will evolve right guys.

I'm trying to make a payment for days and only if it's in person I'm not in a position to go to the store and their interest is abusive I don't recommend it to anyone bad service
