A SEGUNDA FIZ MINHAS UNHAS COM UMA MOÇA CHAMADA ELITE, SERVIÇO PORCO, UNHAS MAL FEITAS, SEM CONTAR A CONVERSA PARALELA NO SALÃO, ELA FALAVA SOBRE ASSUNTOS PESSOAIS. MUITO CONSTRANGEDOR!
SERVIÇO MAL FEITO, SALÃO SUJO, ATENDESTES MAL EDUCADOS E GROSSEIROS.
NÃO VOLTO NESSE SALÃO NUNCA MAIS!
 I WAS IN THIS SALON TWICE TO NEVER AGAIN!
THE FIRST TIME I HAVE DEPILED WITH A WOMAN CALLED DÉBORA, GREATEST REPENTANCE OF MY LIFE, THICK WOMAN, EVIL EDUCATED! I HATED THE SERVICE.
THE SECOND I MADE MY NAILS WITH A WOMAN CALLED ELITE, PIG SERVICE, MISCELLANEOUS NAILS DONE, WITHOUT TALKING THE PARALLEL TALK IN THE SALON, SHE SPOKE ABOUT PERSONAL MATTERS. VERY CONSTRAINING!
Poorly done service, dirty room, badly educated and wholesalers.
I WILL NOT BE BACK IN THIS HALL NEVER AGAIN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, por mais que tenha rotatividade já que salões de beleza trabalham com profissionais autônomos tendo sempre o direito de mudar o Passione sempre contrata pessoas com o mesmo nível de atendimento, fico feliz conheço o Passione desde 2010 agora eles estão com 7 unidades até fora de Minas, no BH shopping, torço que cresçam muito mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rotatividade de funcionários é enorme. Quando um funcionário fica muito tempo, é impossível agendar atendimento, " sempre muito ocupado". A gestão preza pelo lucro, porém não há eficiência. Vc chega o profissional agendado foi embora, marcam o atendimento para o dia errado e não reagedam como foi o dia de hoje. Não dão a mínima para o cliente. A única coisa positiva do salão, são os produtos de qualidade, o que reflete em um serviço caro, enquanto peca na mão de obra. Ir a esse salão em fim de expediente é catastrófico ( os funcionários no geral, dão preferência para arrumar o cabelo, unhas e sombfacelhas uns dos outros no salão com produtos que sobram dos clientes, aliás fazem sobrar). A equipe interage o tempo todo com conversas paralelas, falando uns dos outros pelas costas e de clientes que acabam de deixar o local, sem se preocupar com o cliente que está atendendo. Profissionalismo zero como a maioria dos salões de BH. Decadecia total, ambiente constrangedor.
Employee turnover is huge. When an employee stays a long time, it is impossible to schedule care, "always very busy". Management values the profit, but there is no efficiency. You arrive the scheduled professional has left, mark the attendance for the wrong day and not reaged as it was today. They do not give a shit about the customer. The only positive thing of the room, are quality products, which reflects in an expensive service, while sin in labor. Going to this salon at the end of the day is catastrophic (employees generally give preference to tidying up hair, nails and sombfacelhas from one another in the salon with products left over from customers, in fact they have left over). The team interacts all the time with parallel conversations, talking to one another from behind and from clients who have just left the place, without worrying about the customer being served. Zero professionalism like most BH salons. Total decadence, awkward environment.
