Como não posso usar sapatos que não sejam de amarrar, tentei trocar hoje, porém sem sucesso, sob a alegação que o prazo para troca já havia expirado !!!! Argumentei que fora acometido da Covid19 e, que não tive condições de viajar, visto que resido na Capital. A decisão da responsável pela loja (Rua Rui Barbosa, 377), foi simplesmente fria e insensível ao meu problema.
Agradeço e até NUNCA MAIS.
Terrible!!! I got shoes on FATHER'S DAY. As I can't wear non-tying shoes, I tried to change them today, but without success, under the allegation that the deadline for change had already expired!!!! I argued that I had been affected by Covid19 and that I was unable to travel, as I live in the Capital. The decision of the person in charge of the store (Rua Rui Barbosa, 377) was simply cold and insensitive to my problem.
Thank you and even NEVER AGAIN.
