★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos o pedido pelo ifood de um nhoque e um canelone, os dois ao molho sugo. O canelone estava normal, mas o nhoque chegou com um gosto muito forte de AZEDO. Fomos na unidade física e eles realizaram a troca, quando chegamos em casa percebemos que eles haviam trocado por outro produto azedo. Reclamos no Whatsapp e o atendimento da loja não fez nada a respeito.
We ordered a gnocchi and cannelloni ifood, both with the sugo sauce. The cannelloni was normal, but the gnocchi arrived with a very strong taste of AZEDO. We went to the physical unit and they made the exchange, when we got home we realized that they had exchanged for another sour product. We complained on Whatsapp and the store service did nothing about it.

Depois de mais uns30 minutos o pedido foi cancelado. Ao ligar no local, fui ainda mau atendida, e o responsável me passado cujo nome Gustavo não estava presente. Ou seja, nada resolvido, e o mínimo de interesse da loja em resolver o problema ou dar uma justificativa considerável ao cliente.
My very bad experience, I ordered through ifood, after more than an hour of waiting, they forwarded that the order was being delivered. After another 30 minutes the order was cancelled. When calling the place, I was still poorly attended, and the person in charge told me whose name Gustavo was not present. That is, nothing resolved, and the store's minimal interest in solving the problem or giving a considerable justification to the customer.
