★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desorganizado, sem preparação para um evento como dia das Mães, faltava alguma comida toda hora, bons garçons, mas por sobrecarga de trabalho nao conseguiam atender a todos e cometiam erros simples, banheiro sem agua e as cadeiras e mesas tortas e capengando, gerente sem preparação alguma para o serviço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente agradecer ao garçom Ronaldo, nos atendeu super bem, porem a dona no restaurante, fou super grosseira e mal educada, gritando apenas porque fiz a pergunta se meu sobrinho poderia experimentar o fondue de chocolate, expliquei que eu nao iria pedir reposição e provavelmente iria pro lixo, ela fez um teatro e as mesas ao lado ficaram olhando, me senti constrangido e minha família também , nunca mais volto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência hoje, no dia das mães, além da falta de organização clara, achei um prego dentro da minha comida, no qual cheguei a mastigar e me machucar, felizmente não engoli, algo extremamente grave, levei o caso para a responsável e fui tratada com pouco caso, sem empatia alguma, além disso, achamos cabelo na comida e os banheiros estavam sem água. No fim, na hora de pagar a responsável não me olhou nem para pedir uma desculpa. Espero que isso seja revisto, pois as consequências seriam gravíssimas.

Outro ponto que incomoda e já tinha notado em uma ida em outra oportunidade no local, é o péssimo tratamento da responsável pelo restaurante aos colaboradores.
