★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pastel excelente, atendimento é bom, porém a demora para os pastéis ficarem prontos e grande. Comemos no local e esperamos quase meia hora para ficar pronto (só tinha eu e mais 2 pessoas comigo no local). Precisa melhorar nesse quesito.
Excellent pastel, service is good, but the delay for the pastries to be ready and great. We ate at the place and waited almost half an hour to get ready (there was just me and 2 more people with me at the place). You need to improve in this regard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento mais que pessimo ! Se vai pessoalmente as meninas primeiro responde suas msg e depois atende o cliente ja . Deve rever os conceitos. Fiz uma reclamaçao e ainda sai por errada. Por dar uma sugestão que o pastel nunca veio daquele jeito ! So nao mandei devolver por conta que estava chovendo muito ! E nao quis que o motoboy voltasse. Mas joguei dois inteiros fora. Pq dava pra fritar mais 5 com o tanto se oleo.
More than pessimo service! If you go personally, the girls first answer your message and then serve the customer already. You should review the concepts. I made a complaint and it still goes wrong. For giving a suggestion that the pastry never came that way! I just didn't send it back because it was raining a lot! And I didn't want the motoboy to come back. But I threw two integers away. Because I could fry another 5 with as much oil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom o pastel, além de enorme, bem recheado e seco, sem nenhum pouco de gordura, até a embalagem veio sem nenhuma mancha de óleo, foi minha primeira vez no local, e com certeza irei voltar, atendentes bem atenciosas também.
The pastel was very good, in addition to being huge, well stuffed and dry, without any fat, even the packaging came without any oil stains, it was my first time at the place, and I will definitely come back, very attentive attendants too.
