Fiquei esperando na casa ao lado da minha. O motoqueiro chegou, buzinou e eu avisei a ele: moço, o pedido é aqui. Ele respondeu de forma super grosseira e mal educada. Ele disse: como vou adivinhar? Aí eu disse: moço, eu já desci para facilitar a entrega para o senhor não ficar esperando. Aí ele disse: não tá escrito no papel que a casa é ao lado. Eu disse: moço, qual o problema? Avisei ao senhor, pq tanta ignorância? Ele ficou resmungando. Não vi necessidade em receber esse tipo de tratamento. Nenhum cliente quer ser tratado dessa forma. Não compro mais nesse local. Falta de respeito com o cliente. Mandei mensagem para o estabelecimento e não recebi nenhum retorno e nenhum pedido de desculpas. Isso nunca tinha acontecido. Vocês deveriam escolher melhor quem trabalha com vcs. Tenho certeza que se fosse um homem, ele não me trataria e falaria comigo dessa forma. Está registrada a minha insatisfação. Nota 0!
