★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento deixa muito a desejar. É comum entrar no estabelecimento e não ter ninguém no balcão. Para delivery, muitas vezes demoram pra responder ou não atendem o celular com a desculpa de que estava desligado. Funcionários ficam sem máscara. O lugar está precisando de uma reforma há anos, é muito escuro e desconfortável para o cliente. A massa não é boa, usam ingredientes de má qualidade (especialmente o catupiry). Por isso perdem muitos clientes para o Recanto do Pastel.
The service leaves a lot to be desired. It is common to enter the establishment and not have anyone at the counter. For delivery, they often take a long time to respond or do not answer the cell phone with the excuse that it was turned off. Employees are left without a mask. The place has been in need of renovation for years, it's very dark and uncomfortable for the customer. The dough is not good, they use poor quality ingredients (especially catupiry). That's why they lose many customers to Recanto do Pastel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tirando o atendimento que deixa muito a desejar… o pastel é muito bom! Mas deixo uma observação, aborde o cliente quando o mesmo sentar na mesa, melhorem essa parte. (Fiquei sentado aguardando me trazerem um cardápio quase uns 10 minutos e se eu não fosse no caixa pedir, acho que estaria sentando lá até agora)
Apart from the service that leaves a lot to be desired… the pastel is very good! But I leave an observation, approach the customer when he sits at the table, improve this part. (I sat there waiting for a menu to be brought to me for almost 10 minutes and if I didn't go to the cashier to ask, I think I would be sitting there by now)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como foi minha experiência? horrível, fiz o pedido pelo Ifood de mini churros era 22hs, as crianças em casa todos feliz esperando e nada, no app falou q estava a caminho e até agora não chegou, como explicar para 3 crianças que o doce não vai chegar, coloquei ele para dormir já era mais de meia noite, estou muito decpinocinada com esse estabelecimento ?
How was my experience? horrible, I ordered mini churros through Ifood at 10pm, the children at home were all happy waiting and nothing, the app said it was on its way and so far it hasn't arrived, how can I explain to 3 children that the candy won't arrive, I put it to sleep it was already past midnight, I'm very excited about this establishment ?
