★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 min de atraso na entrega, não respondem no chat do iFood e o número de telefone cadastrado no aplicativo não recebe chamada. Os pastéis chegaram frios e muchos! Muita falta de respeito com o consumidor!
 30 min late delivery, they don't respond to the iFood chat and the phone number registered in the app doesn't receive a call. The pastries arrived cold and lots of them! Very disrespectful to the consumer!

Só fiz uma pergunta é uma das atendentes foi super ignoraste comigo e com eles!!! Deveriam ver as pessoas que vocês contratam!!!
Horrible service, you ignored (they treated me horribly). It's not the first time I've felt uncomfortable, not just me, but all my amgs who were with me. I just asked one question and one of the attendants was super ignorant to me and them!!! They should see the people you hire!!!

Não vale 18 reais nunca. Mucho e sem graça. Nem uma maionese pra acompanhar. Pior lugar de João Pessoa até o momento.
Just me in the cafeteria. The only order, 01 pastel. It took 28 minutes to arrive after complaining.
It's never worth 18 reais. Much and bland. Not even a mayonnaise to go with it. Worst place in João Pessoa so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu pudesse dar nenhuma estrela eu daria, primeiro pelo atendimento grosseiro e quase inexistente, dps pq o valor no ifood é um e na loja outro... E tmb tem o atraso na entrega mais de duas horas. É uma pena pq o pastel é gostoso mas após uma HR ele vem péssimo.
If I could give no stars I would, firstly because of the rude and almost non-existent service, because the price at ifood is one and at the store another... And there is also a delay in delivery of more than two hours. It's a shame because the pastel is delicious but after an HR it's terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os pasteis são muito bons, bem grandes e bem servidos. O local e o atendimento são bons também. Já as instalações poderiam ser melhores. Mas vale a pena conhecer.
The pastries are very good, very large and well served. The location and service are good too. The facilities could be better. But it's worth knowing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha nora grávida solicitou o pedido e depois de duas horas de espera, várias msgs reclamando pela demora, mandaram recado se ela ainda queria o pedido, que agora seria atendido em 20min, que se transformaram em mais uma hora.
O pedido efetuado às 21hs foi entregue à meia noite, o pastel frio e a pizza dura, seca e mal cortada. Não recomendo, serviço de péssima qualidade.
My pregnant daughter-in-law requested the order and after two hours of waiting, several msgs complaining about the delay, they sent a message if she still wanted the order, which would now be answered in 20 minutes, which turned into another hour.
The order placed at 9 pm was delivered at midnight, the pastel cold and the pizza hard, dry and poorly cut. I don't recommend it, poor quality service.
