★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a terceira vez que compro pastel no japonês e as 3 vezes fui muito mal atendida. As atendentes tem má vontade de estar ali e tratam o cliente mal. Da primeira vez eu até fui embora, porque elas estavam conversando e eu chamei elas e elas fingiram não ouvir. Muito mal educadas!!! Não volto mais.
 It is the third time that I buy pastel in Japanese and the three times I was very poorly attended. The attendants are unwilling to be there and treat the customer badly. The first time I even left, because they were talking and I called them and they pretended not to hear. Very rude !!! I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é neutro, a massa do pastel e o recheio são até bons. Porém, é um completo absurdo pagar quase 10 reais em um pastel que é 95% massa e o restante de recheio!! Não vale a pena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo, as meninas são super maumoradas. Parece que não querem te atender, o pastel nem e tão ruim. Mais o atendimento jesus ninguém merece! Nunca mais eu volto. Primeira e última vez que vou a essa loja, vi que anota no Google era péssima e tentei né mais as funcionárias fazer juz a nota péssima.
The service is terrible, the girls are super spoiled. It seems they don't want to serve you, the pastel isn't that bad. No one deserves the service Jesus deserves! I never come back. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você está lendo depois de ter ido, me solidarizo com você. Mas se teve a sorte de ler antes, não vá. Nunca me decepcionei tanto com um pastel. Só tem massa e ainda por cima não é boa.
If you're reading after you've gone, I sympathize with you. But if you were lucky enough to read it before, don't go. I've never been so disappointed with a pastel. It only has pasta and on top of that it's not good.

Bad service. Grumpy people, bad with life, treat you super dryly... The pastel is bad, the coxinha is even worse, I taste like an old woman... Horrible. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tive problemas, atendentes ágeis, pois precisam ser, e se perder tempo de conversinha com cliente não da conta de tanta gente pra atender e fora que só os 2 minutos que fiquei na fila as atendentes foram maltratadas por todos os clientes a minha frente, e elas atendem dentro da normalidade , o pastel é bom, não tenho o que reclamar
