★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pastel saboroso, bem recheado, mas sem exagero; mantendo o equilíbrio entre massa x recheio.
Tem muitos sabores. Tantos que até dificulta a visualização e iluminação do ambiente, pois as muitas opções são penduradas num varal, tal como é feito nas barracas de pastéis nas feiras livres. Não tem um cardápio impresso.
O vinagrete (o chã dos pastéis) pode ser melhorado e muito. Experimentar novas combinações de ingredientes poderia enriquecer o produto sem muito custo adicional. E oferecer em embalagem apropriada para viagem. Os copinhos descartáveis não são legais.
Observação: a coifa não está sugando os vapores da fritura suficiente. A fumaça está invadindo a área dos clientes.

It has many flavors. So many that it even hinders the visualization and illumination of the environment, since the many options are hung on a clothesline, as is done in the pastel stalls in the free markets. It does not have a printed menu.
The vinaigrette (the tea of the crayons) can be improved and much improved. Trying new combinations of ingredients could enrich the product without much additional cost. And offer in appropriate packaging for travel. Disposable cups are not cool.
Note: The hood is not sucking enough fry vapors. The smoke is invading the customers' area.
