Tentei entrar em contato e fui praticamente ignorada. Quando resolveram me responder no Whatsapp para pedir "desculpas ainda não ouviram o meu áudio e ficou nisso.
Inadmissível! Achei uma falta de respeito.
I placed the order, waited for two hours and didn't receive it.
I tried to get in touch and was practically ignored. When they decided to answer me on Whatsapp to ask "sorry, they still haven't heard my audio and that's it.
Inadmissible! I found it disrespectful.

Fizemos o pedido pelo site conforme orientado pelo atendente, efetuamos o pagamento via pix logo em seguida do pedido confirmado no site, porém não recebemos nosso pedido. Aguardamos meia hora a mais do prazo estipulado pela pastelaria e mais de meia hora pra responderem no atendimento via whatsapp depois de informado o problema. Não recomendo caso você esteja com pressa ou até mesmo disposto a esperar o tempo normal do pedido (que inclusive é de uma hora, uma hora pra providenciar uma simples porção de pastel e entregar) não consegui comer e com certeza não recomendo a ninguém este estabelecimento... Mais uma vez, um péssimo atendimento e um DESCASO total com o CLIENTE!
Bad service for delivery. We placed the order through the website as instructed by the attendant, made the payment via pix immediately after the order was confirmed on the website, but we did not receive our order. We wait half an hour longer than the deadline stipulated by the bakery and more than half an hour for them to respond via whatsapp after informing the problem. I don't recommend it if you are in a hurry or even willing to wait the normal time for the order (which is even an hour, an hour to provide a simple portion of pastel and deliver it) I couldn't eat and I certainly don't recommend this establishment to anyone ... Once again, a bad service and a total DISREGARD with the CUSTOMER!

They have a wide variety of fillings and there you can drink a cold bear or a fresh juice.
Prices are fair and I recommend this place if you are alone or with a group of people.
