★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A piorar experiência da minha vida em Palmas, o pior atendimento de todos nessa cidade é desse lugar, liguei e pedi 3 centos de salgados e perguntei o valor, a atendente disse que me passaria por whatsapp e não passou e mandou 408,00 de salgados pra minha casa e eu simplesmente não pude fazer nada, tive que pagar. Porém perdeu a cliente, eu nunca mais passo na porta, pessoas de má fé e detalhe, salgados frio d ruim.
To make the worst experience of my life in Palmas, the worst service of all in this city is from this place, I called and asked for 3 hundred snacks and asked the value, the attendant said she would use whatsapp and she didn't and sent 408.00 snacks to my house and I just couldn't do anything, I had to pay. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9 reais um mini pastel que não vem nada dentro, já foi melhor, era caro mas era gostoso, agora diminuiram pela metade o pastel, aumentaram o preço e nao vem nada dentro do pastel. uma falta de respeito com o cliente. não volto nunca mais.
9 reais a mini pastel that doesn't come with anything inside, it used to be better, it was expensive but it was delicious, now they've reduced the pastel by half, they've increased the price and nothing comes inside the pastel. a lack of respect for the customer. I will never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os produtos vendidos nesses lugar são bons. O preço está acima da média. Mas um problema que deviam dar séria atenção é o atendimento. Simplesmente péssimo. A pessoa do caixa acha que a gente tá fazendo favor de ir na empresa dela.
The products sold in these places are good. The price is above average. But one problem that they should pay serious attention to is customer service. Just bad. The cashier thinks we're doing him a favor by going to his company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, sem profissionalismo nenhum. As atendentes olha com a cara fechada, nunca mais consumo nesse local. Os pastéis são gostosos, mas quem vende o produto é a "cara da empresa", e pense em uma cara ruim.
Uma estrela ainda é muito para esse atendimento desmerecedor de estar no mercado.
Não sou uma pessoa rude que para o tempo para desmerecer o trabalho dos outros, mas essa foi a pior experiência de todas.
Terrible service, not professional at all. The attendants look with a frown, never again drinking in this place. The pastries are delicious, but whoever sells the product is the "face of the company", and think of a bad face.
One star is still too much for this unworthy service to be on the market.
I'm not a rude person who takes the time to belittle others' work, but this was the worst experience ever.
