★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido online pelo app e foi uma completa decepção. O prazo de entrega já era longo, mas daí ao pedido demorar mais de 2 horas, recusarem minhas ligações(tive que ligar com outro número) e me atenderem pateticamente via Whatsapp... NÃO RECOMENDO. UM DESCASO COM O CLIENTE.
I ordered online through the app and it was a complete disappointment. The delivery time was already long, but then the order took more than 2 hours, they refused my calls (I had to call with another number) and they answered me pathetically via Whatsapp... I DO NOT RECOMMEND. A DISREGARD TO THE CUSTOMER.

Da primeira vez atrasou cerca de 2 horas, a pessoa que tratou comigo no chat informou que iria mandar outro pastel. 10 minutos depois chegou o entregador entregando um pastel gelado(2h de atraso claramente). Na segunda vez, chegou certo no horário. Na terceira vez está com 1 horas de atraso, ninguém responde no chat do Ifood e o pastel chegou parecendo que estava guardado na geladeira.
I asked 3 times for Ifood. The first time it was about 2 hours late, the person who dealt with me in the chat informed me that he would send another pastel. 10 minutes later the delivery man arrived delivering an ice cream cake (clearly 2h late). The second time, it arrived right on time. The third time it is 1 hour late, no one responds in the Ifood chat and the pastel arrived looking like it was stored in the fridge.
