★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! A outra loja deles ao lado de O Boticário! Próximo do EXTRABOM! Estive ontem, 28/02 às 13:00. Salgado de bacon com queijo. Só veio massa! Reclamei, a despreparada atendente disse que os salgados estavam vindo assim mesmo e não poderia trocar! Não é a toa que o atendimento ao cliente em Laranjeiras, é considerado um dos piores! Perderam o cliente! Era pra ser, nenhuma estrela!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje pela tarde fui na pastelaria e pedi dois pasteis, um de frango com catupiry e um de calabresa com catupiry, o de frango estava ok, porém 60% do pastel era somente massa mas até ai ok pq eu estava com muita fome, quando fui comer o pastel de calabresa, estava duro, chamei a moça que tinha me atendido e pedi ela para trocar por que estava impossível de comer, ela foi até o responsável do estabelecimento e o mesmo disse que não iria trocar pq os pasteis eram fritos na hora, pura mentira, meu pastel estava muito duro, ele tinha sido frito a muitas horas atrás, fiquei surpreso pq o cara não fez a troca de 1 salgado que realmente estava horrível, eu nunca mais piso nessa pastelaria nem se for a ultima pastelaria do planeta terra, no final fui até o caixa e mostrei o salgado para ele e ele viu que estava ruim, me ofereceu meu dinheiro de volta e me ofereceu um salgado, porém me recusei aceitar, pq a moça já tinha levado o pastel para ele, e ele já tinha visto que o pastel estava ruim, só quis trocar pq eu fui pessoalmente reclamar, e eu disse para ele que nunca mais voltaria no estabelecimento, e nunca mais iria indicar para ninguém, afinal foi mais fácil ver um cliente saindo insatisfeito e lesado por causa de um simples salgado, salgado que não estava bom para consumo, agora a pergunta que fica para o dono do estabelecimento é, quantos pasteis vcs jogam fora por dia? por não vender e estragar? foi mais fácil ver um cliente sair insatisfeito e revoltado do estabelecimento de vcs, do que ter trocado o pastel na hora que eu informei a moça que estava ruim né? Vocês precisam aprender a tratar melhor o cliente de vocês.

You need to learn to treat your client better.
