★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Última experiência infelizmente péssima. Pedido feito pelo iFood com previsão de entrega de 1hr, mais de 1hr de atraso após a previsão da entrega do pedido.
Com o atraso liguei e não atenderam, no chat deram uma resposta qse automática a qual já sabia que o pedido já tinha saido. Após isso, sem mais respostas no chat e quando deram resposta ela veio sem nexo dizendo que o boy saiu com 2 entregas e o cliente não saiu. E eu... Fiquei sem entender nada.
Penab perderam um cliente, pois a primeira vez que tinha pedido tinha adorado o pastel.
Infelizmente a qualidade caiu.
Last experience unfortunately terrible. Order placed by iFood with delivery forecast of 1hr, more than 1hr delay after the expected delivery of the order.
With the delay I called and they didn't answer, in the chat they gave an automatic qse answer which I already knew that the request had already left. After that, there were no more responses in the chat and when they gave an answer she came out with no connection saying that the boy left with 2 deliveries and the customer did not leave. And I... I didn't understand anything.
Penab lost a customer, as the first time they had ordered, they had loved the pastry.
Unfortunately the quality dropped.
