Provei três esta noite, um de filé mignon com queijo gorgonzola na massa de pimenta, um pedaço do pastel de minha esposa, de filé mignon com creme de cebola , um pedacinho do pastel do meu filho ,de camarão. Todos deliciosos. Some-se a isto um ótimo atendimento e um chopp super gelado...
 Artisan pastels are divine. I tasted three tonight, one of filet mignon with gorgonzola cheese in pepper paste, a piece of my wife's pastry, of filet mignon with onion cream, a piece of my son's shrimp pastry. All delicious. Add to this great service and a super cold beer ...

Recheios todos excelentes que comemos até hoje. Massa sequinha, atendimento super bom! Simpatia e qualidade!
Nov/21: voltamos e apesar de continuar bem recheado, a qualidade deu uma caída, infelizmente repeti um de camarão que já havíamos comido, recheio muito líquido, quebrou a massa e entornou, foi decepcionante! ?
Apesar de perceber que higienizam as mãos a todo tempo, rapaz que nos serviu coçou a máscara logo antes de levar nosso pastel na mesa.

All excellent fillings that we ate until today. Dry dough, super good service! Friendliness and quality!
Nov/21: we returned and despite still being well stuffed, the quality dropped, unfortunately I repeated one of shrimp that we had already eaten, very liquid stuffing, it broke the dough and spilled it, it was disappointing! ?
Despite noticing that they sanitize their hands all the time, the guy who served us scratched his mask right before taking our pastel to the table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Workmate took me to this place. Before left for Brazil, I had been told by a colleague that lived there for some years, that I have to try Pastel.
As a guy, very open to local food, I talked about this with my workmates. One of them proposed me to visit one of the best places around. So we met at Pasteleiro's - Pastéis Gourmet.
Honestly, I was a bit astonished, the location is not in the city center - I passed and followed for about 1 or 2 kilometers a street. But yes, I had been right!
Probably my workmate already talked to the shop owner. The lady brought the menu and a small fryer net with some fresh fried dough examples. Pure, cheese, onion, herbs, chili. Also she explained me in English that I may choose two fillings for free from the menu. So I endet up with onion dough filled with roasted bacon cubes and bbq sparerib meat.
Fantastic, taste - I really enjoiyed. Also the service was very good. People around friendly, and the place around also quite. I came here with may car, but would anyway propose to use a taxi from center to here and back as a foreigner. It's just some reals.
