★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os pasteis sem qualidade . Coxinhas somente a massa sem gosto e tudo cheio de gordura. Fiz meu ultimo pedido e nunca mais. Pasteis com muita pouca carne. Tudo chegou errado , frio e quebradas. Embalagem terrible.
 Pastels without quality. Drumsticks only the tasteless dough and everything full of fat. I placed my last order and never again. Pastries with very little meat. Everything went wrong, cold and broken. Terrible packaging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimoo!!! Não merece nem 1 estrela. Segunda vez em que roubam meu dinheiro!!!! Pedi 4 pastéis: 2 de frango com catupiry, 1 de medalhão e outro de queijo e quando chego em casa está faltando o de queijo!!!! E quando olho no comprovante meu dinheiro foi descontado como se tivesse comprado 4 pastéis, quando na verdade só me entregaram 3!!!! Veja melhor os funcionários que vocês têm!!! ??????
Terrible !!! It doesn't even deserve 1 star. Second time they steal my money !!!! I ordered 4 pastries: 2 chicken with catupiry cheese, 1 medallion and another cheese and when I get home the cheese is missing !!!! And when I look at the receipt my money was discounted as if I had bought 4 pastries, when in fact they only gave me 3 !!!! See better the employees you have !!! ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minha irmã pedimos um combo de pastel aonde vem 6 pastéis sendo que nos pedimos 3 de carne e 3 de queijo. No mesmo dia passamos mal e agora estamos com uma terrível intoxicação alimentar, sem poder se alimentar pois passamos mal. NUNCA MAIS PASSAREI NEM NA FRENTE. Sem contar que estão vendendo sukita ao invés de Fanta e tbm tem produtos de péssima qualidade.irei denunciar ao Procon!!!!Absurdo
My sister and I ordered a pastry combo with 6 pastries, 3 of which were meat and 3 of cheese. On the same day we were sick and now we are in terrible food poisoning, unable to eat because we are sick. I WILL NEVER PASS IN THE FRONT. Not to mention that they are selling sukita instead of Fanta and they also have very poor quality products. I will report it to Procon !!!! Absurd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência hoje, fiz um pedido para viagem na Pastello do shopping Recife, e quando cheguei em casa dos 4 pastéis só tinham 3, quer dizer, comprei 4 e levei três. Conclusão, não confiem nos funcionários, sempre confirmem o pedido para não ter essa experiência, outra, nem adianta ligar para reclamar, pois não atendem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz anos que consumimos os pastéis dessa Loja, no entanto nas últimas três vezes vem decaindo, cada vez piora, pastel encharcado de óleo e o recheio do pastel medalhão nas duas últimas vezes estavam horríveis, parecia carne guisada, recheio muito líquido com tomate e cebola em excesso, antes era un recheio sequinho delicioso, o bacon que era moído vem em pedaço grande prevalecendo um sabor de gordura, decadência total. Se não quiserem perder a clientela é melhor ficar atento a qualidade dos produtos e a propaganda do boca a boca é a alma do negócio.O pastel está realmente horrível!
We have been consuming pastries from this store for years, however the last three times it has been decaying, each time it gets worse, oil-soaked pastry and the filling of the medallion pastry the last two times were horrible, it looked like stewed meat, very liquid filling with tomato and onion in excess, before it was a delicious dry filling, the bacon that was ground comes in large pieces, prevailing a fat flavor, total decay. If you don't want to lose customers, it's better to pay attention to the quality of the products and word of mouth advertising is the lifeblood of the business. The pastel is really horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebi um áudio do entregador informando que o atendente deste local GRAMPEOU a embalagem no meio, pegando o pastel que solicitei. Pediu para eu ter cuidado para não comer o grampo! Essa é a qualidade deste estabelecimento, que em vez de corrigir seu erro só simplesmente cancelou o pedido. Essa é a empresa que valoriza seu cliente!!! PÉSSIMOS, era cliente a bastante tempo e não volto mais a comprar. CUIDADO CLIENTES DESTE ESTABELECIMENTO, VOCÊS PODEM COMER GRAMPOS OU SABE MAIS O QUE, porque eles não se preocupam em nada com cada um de vocês!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência na Pasttelo/Shopping Recife agora no início de fevereiro foi a pior que eu já tive nos últimos anos. Eu sou um antigo cliente de vocês, mas dessa última vez foi uma coisa que me deixou uma péssima impressão. Além do pastel estar com gosto muito ruim , muito amargo , o atendimento foi péssimo , apresentação dos empregados deixou muito a desejar, falta de educação , falta de higiene, os cardápios só haviam dois e os mesmos pelas mesas , ninguém nos ajudou a pegar um cardápio e quando recebemos os pastéis e os refrigerantes, um dos copos estava furado e o refrigerante derramou na mesa. Enfim, uma péssima experiência.
