Horrible pastry full of fat, my family and I were very sick, something contaminated the pastries and not to mention the delay and the lie told that the motorcycle courier fell and that's why there was the delay !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, péssimo atendimento. Cliente é constrangido e chamado de mentiroso quando reclama ao estabelecimento dos problemas de seu produto. O pedido chegou incompleto, gorduroso. O pastel parecia ter sido fritado com óleo velho que fica na panela. Quando informado dos problemas, se eximiu da responsabilidade e transferiu a culpa inclusive ao próprio cliente, insinuando a falta de veracidade das informações. PROCON será acionado.
Bad experience, bad service. Customer is embarrassed and called a liar when he complains to the establishment about his product's problems. The order arrived incomplete, greasy. The pastel looked like it had been fried with old oil left in the pan. When informed of the problems, he exempted himself from responsibility and transferred the blame even to the client himself, insinuating the lack of veracity of the information. PROCON will be triggered.
