★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Humilhante - péssimo atendimento, pois na realidade nem atendimento eu tive. Entrei na loja e solicitei uma mercadoria para a vendedora que não estava atendendo ninguém. Quando chegamos na seção de parafusos um outro cliente começou a pedir coisas pra ela e ela simplesmente ignorou que estaria me atendendo e começou a atender aquele senhor como se eu não estivesse ali. Sobrou pra mim apenas me retirar da loja.
Humiliating - terrible service, because in reality I didn’t even have service. I went into the store and ordered a merchandise from the saleswoman who was not attending anyone. When we arrived at the screw section, another customer started asking for things for her and she simply ignored that she would be attending to me and started to attend that gentleman as if I were not there. It was up to me to just withdraw from the store.

I have nothing to complain about the service, always very attentive, great variety of products and whenever I need it, they take my doubts, the prices of some things are a little high, but I never had to go anywhere else to buy what I needed.
