★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é perfeito e os funcionários são ótimos, inclusive tenho uma grande amiga que trabalha no local. Mas o sistema de atendimento ao trabalhador já foi bom. Antes, você apenas pedia a senha, escolhia a vaga que melhor se enquadrava no seu perfil (perfil inscrito no sistema)e era atendido. Tinha um respaldo do pat de que pelo menos você seria encaminhado e a empresa te conheceria. Agora, você precisa ficar gastando dinheiro com currículos toda vez, (desempregado e ainda precisa gastar com algo incerto) ser encaminhado e ficar na espera como qualquer outra empresa. A intenção é que a crítica seja usada para futuros melhoramentos, já que o sistema antigo de recrutamento era muito mais efetivo.
The service is perfect and the employees are great, I even have a great friend who works on site. But the worker assistance system was once good. Before, you just asked for the password, chose the vacancy that best fit your profile (profile registered in the system) and was answered. There was support from Pat that at least you would be referred and the company would know you. Now, you need to spend money on resumes every time, (unemployed and still need to spend on something uncertain) be forwarded and be on hold like any other company. The intention is that the critique will be used for future improvements, as the old recruiting system was much more effective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me inscrevi para uma vaga, a empresa disse ter ligado pra mim de manha mas, era mentira, só me ligaram a tarde depois que procurei o pat para questionar sobre a msg que estava no sine facil, que eu tinha entrevista no mesmo dia, pois, segundo a carta, eu teria perdido a entrevista que seria ontem, nem fui av8sado, liguei na empresa pq descobri o nome no site do min da economia, disseram que o processo seletivo ja havia fechado!!
Ora, se havia fechado, pq nao me avisaram no pat Lorena??
COISAS ESTRANHAS QUE 0RECISAM SEREM AVERIGUADAS ACONTECEM NOS PATs, essede lorena faz jus as reclamaçoes que estao no face da prefeitura...
ENTENDAM, PODE CUSTAR 1 REAL UM CURRICULO MAS PARA NÓS QUE ESTAMOS DESEMPREGADOS, ISSO É MUITO DINHEIRO... AS VEZES PERDEMOS "BICOS" PRA PODERMOS COMPARECER NO 0AT ATRAS DE VAGAS, SEJAM MAIS SERIOS NESSE TRABALHO!! MANDAREI ESSA CRITICA PARA A PREFEITURA, PREFEITO E IMPRENSA TBM... ATÉ MAIS...
