 It used to be good, lost its commitment to the customer, they only think about winning. They don't do it with love, before the service was wonderful. Unfortunately now it leaves something to be desired.

Great service and affordable prices. My dog has a pet trauma, but there they can do the procedures without any problem. I trust the paws and fur professionals.

Todos que trabalham lá são maravilhosos e tem um AMOR fora do comum por todos os animais que vão lá. É um ótimo lugar, com profissionais maravilhosos.
I've always been worried about leaving my doguinhas at a pet shop for bathing / grooming. However, after I met Patas e Pelos my fear was gone. Everyone who works there is wonderful and has an extraordinary LOVE for all the animals that go there. It's a great place, with wonderful professionals.
