★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível!!! Loja boa com preços de rações bem legal porém atendimento péssimo da mesma loira velha que eu já vi reclamações aqui, ela não sabe lidar com pessoas, deveria procurar outro ramo, experiência horrível que tive, nunca fui tão mau atendida assim!
Horrible!!! Good store with very cool food prices but terrible service from the same old blonde I have seen complaints here, she does not know how to deal with people, she should look for another branch, horrible experience I had, I have never been so badly attended to!

Fácil encontrar uma vaga para estacionar na rua do Ipiranga, que fica ao fundo da loja ou pela avenida 28 de março, que fica em frente à loja (possui três vagas em frente).
Preço compatível ao de outras lojas dessa ramo pet.
Very good service and the dog is very well looked after. It has veterinary care (if necessary) and great variety of products.
Easy to find a parking space on Ipiranga Street, which is at the back of the store or 28 de Março Avenue, which is in front of the store (there are three parking spaces in front).
Price compatible with other pet stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meus Pets são atendidos há 4 anos pela Patas Chic. Tenho muita confiança em toda a equipe da empresa de olhos fechados. Os produtos são de primeira qualidade. E a equipe recomenda o q realmente o Pet necessita, ou seja, não " empurra produtos". A médica veterinária muito profissional e carinhosa como todos os funcionários da loja são. Estou muito feliz em ter encontrado desde o primeiro atendimento para minhas crianças.
My Pets have been cared for 4 years by Patas Chic. I have a lot of confidence in the whole company team with my eyes closed. The products are top notch. And the team recommends what the Pet really needs, ie not "push products". A very professional and caring veterinarian like all store staff are. I am very happy to have found from the first care for my children.
