★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cachorro para realizar um exame no sábado dia 18/09/21, onde fui informada que receberia o resultado por e-mail. Recebi o resultado do exame do meu cachorro juntamente com o resultado de outro cachorro(onde o resultado acusa um câncer), isso ocasionou um transtorno muito grande.
Ao ligar para o laboratório, só se escuta um pedido de desculpa.
Muita irresponsabilidade e desatenção. ?
 I took my dog for an exam on Saturday 18/09/21, where I was informed that I would receive the result by email. I received the result of my dog's exam along with the result of another dog (where the result shows cancer), this caused a very big inconvenience.
When you call the lab, you only hear an apology.
A lot of irresponsibility and inattention. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito bom. O único problema é que não há local separado para cães e gatos. Da vez que fui levar meus gatos, saiu um cachorro enorme de uma sala de exame e avançou latindo bem forte pra cima dos meus gatos. Os gatos estavam na caixas de transporte, seguros, sem perigo de fuga, mas tomaram um baita susto! E ainda foram coletar sangue depois, então imaginem como eles ficaram estressados. A culpa não foi toda do local, foi mais das tutoras que não retiraram o cachorro enorme (e super estressado) da sala de espera logo. Mas isso teria sido evitado se houvesse locais separados para a espera.
Very good service. The only problem is that there is no separate place for dogs and cats. The time I went to take my cats, a huge dog came out of an exam room and came barking very loudly at my cats. The cats were in the transport crates, safe, with no danger of escape, but they were terrified! And they still went to collect blood afterwards, so imagine how stressed they got. It wasn't all the place's fault, it was more the tutors who didn't remove the huge (and super stressed) dog from the waiting room right away. But this would have been avoided if there had been separate places for waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é bem tranquilo, mas ainda não tem fachada, passei direto do local. Pra achar o laboratório é bom ter uma referência até que seja instalada a fachada do laboratório.
Service is very quiet, but it still doesn't have a facade, I went straight from the place. To find the laboratory it is good to have a reference until the facade of the laboratory is installed.
