Super profissional e dá para perceber o quanto ela ama verdadeiramente os animais e curte estar ali. Eu já recomendei para todos do prédio e amigos que tem pets, não troco mais por nenhum Pet Shop, serviço muito mais personalizado, pratico e preço justíssimo.
Olha na foto dela após o banho como ficou relaxada. Gratidão enorme ??
My 15 year old akita is having a lot of movement difficulties and urinary incontinence and Betina was extremely careful and patient with her. Super professional and you can see how much she truly loves animals and enjoys being there. I've already recommended it to everyone in the building and friends who have pets, I won't trade it for any Pet Shop anymore, much more personalized service, practical and very fair price.
