★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Um verdadeiro lixo e vergonha para a cidade. O policial civil chegou atrasado, não soube e nem quis me dar a informação necessária para o agendamento, uma vez que tive problemas para agendar pelo site ( paguei a guia há 2 dias úteis e no site ainda não consta o pagamento).
Além disso, desrespeitou as legislações da pandemia e ética profissional ao abraçar, beijar no rosto e sussurrar no ouvido de uma despachante descaradamente na frente de todos dando prioridade aos clientes dela.
Terrible. A real waste and shame to the city. The civil police arrived late, did not know and would not even give me the necessary information to the schedule as it had trouble schedule at site (I paid the guide there 2 days and the site is not yet in payment).
In addition, it is broken the laws of the pandemic and professional ethics to hug, kiss on the cheek and whisper in the ear of a dispatcher blatantly in front of everyone giving priority to her clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi bem tranquilo fazer a vistoria. Pague o DAE, agende e leve os documentos necessários. Realmente falta informação, e o usuário fica um pouco perdido qdo chega lá. No entanto, eles atendem os agendados com prioridade e fazem a vistoria bem rapidamente.
It was very easy to do the inspection. Pay the DAE, schedule and take the necessary documents. It really lacks information, and the user gets a little lost when they get there. However, they serve the scheduled ones with priority and do the inspection very quickly.
