E pior, não existe nenhum outro número para contato divulgado no site! Fiz uma solicitação escrita no site, mas até o momento não obtive retorno!
Like many other reports found on the website and also via the internet, I have tried calling (19) 2220-0027 for information on removing a vehicle but the phone seems inoperable. And worse, there is no other contact number published on the site! I made a written request on the website, but so far I have not received a response!

E ninguém pode reclamar e o prejuízo fica com o proprietário do veículo! Sem falar que foi ilegal a remoção do meu veículo até este pátio!!
Terrible service, they don't give proof of payment and mess with the vehicle!! Mine came back with a lot of messed up things and electrical problems!!! Absurd and fanta of respect and responsibility on their part!!
And no one can complain and the damage stays with the vehicle owner! Not to mention it was illegal to remove my vehicle to this yard!!
